Configuring an Access Point in Access Point Client Mode

8:04 AM Posted by Vandaime No comments
AP Client mode is used as the main client of the AP. So the main AP will have a relationship with the client directly, because of his role as an AP Client so no host can directly connect with this AP so that only the LAN ports that could work.
It's usually applied if you want to connect the AP to a floor, for example: Hospitals, Office, and so forth.

To configure the access point as an access point client, you need to perform three steps:

1.Checking the Wireless MAC Address of an Access Point
2.Setting-Up Access Point Client Mode on the WAP54G
3.Changing the LAN IP Address of the Access Point Client
